In a beautiful, small and intimate setting we’ll explore everything the body and breath have to offer.
In this 2 hr session, there’ll be a maximum of 8 participants.
We’ll open the session with some body-focused practices to fully settle and feel safe.
From there we’ll go on a Breathwork journey guided by voice and (live) music.
